We are looking for a very reliable and accountable individual to do home inspections in the Stafford County & surroundings. These are insurance inspections that require 8 photos and very light interaction with the homeowner at times. This is a 1099 contracted position and you must have your own RELIABLE transportation (Good gas MPG), A valid Drivers License and insurance. You must pass a background check and be flexible as to start and finish times. We are in our busy time of the year so there is plenty of work. Must be able to utilize cell phone technology (GPS navigation, Various photos & upload photos to Dropbox). We will train you and provide support. You will only be taking the photos. You will not be spending hours in the evening uploading photos and inputting all of the information/answering the questions required by the insurance co. This is not an hourly job but is paid per inspection. You are responsible for your own gas and mileage. Email me to set up an interview time.
